Non Marking

They are designed for everyday use and are hard wearing. Rubber castors or polyurethane castors are great non-marking castors that work well in a warehouse and material handling environments.

The properties of the rubber wheel ensure that any tyre residue (marks) are not left on the floor, while maintaining a smooth consistent movement. In addition, the rubber castor type (both standard rubber and non-marking) is nice and quiet and are great for noise sensitive applications like hospitals and aged care facilities. Non-marking castors are available from 50mm up to 200mm in diameter to suit a range of castor loadings.

Most wheel and castors are known for their use on hard surfaces such are tiles, concrete floors and wooden floors, they care also great on soft flooring surfaces such as carpet. Non-marking rubber castors are available in an extensive range of fixed, swivel, brakes, and also single bolt hole castors (ideal for trolleys)

Our Extensive Product Range includes:

• TPE Wheel – ThermoPlastic Elastomer (TPE) tyres with plain bores are normally only used for lighter loads that are moved less often over short distances. Suitable for L series castors.
• Guide Roller – Made of high-quality, impact-resistant nylon, 70 shore D hardness, very low rolling resistance, smooth running performance on even floors, high abrasion resistance, colour natural white, tread directly injected onto the ball bearing.
• Medium Duty Zinc Plated Bolt Hole Mount Caster Nylon Wheel – Plate Mount M Series castors feature zinc plated steel mounting frames and are available in a choice of four different mounting frames – rigid, swivel, total locking and directional locking. Choose from four-wheel types with non-marking tread: resilient blue rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, nylon and polyurethane. Wheels are available in diameters of 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. Bolt Hole mounting options are also available.
• Welded Steel Heavy Duty Twin Wheel Castors – Welded steel heavy duty twin wheel castors, strong swivel head design, wheels with Blickle Extrathane polyurethane tread.
